Dozens of young people destroyed and burned erected on the beach in Odessa buildings.

The activists broke the fence, which again blocked access to the beach, where the passage opened by the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikhail Saakashvili, broke established on sand frames and set fire to scaffolding.

Advisor to the chief of the National police in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak on his page on the social network Facebook wrote that the work was performed illegally, without the consent of the relevant local self-government bodies and Executive authorities.

Fund and majority shareholder of the development company UDP (Kyiv) Vasyl Khmelnytsky, who previously was the owner of the land with the Villa and the surrounding beach, sold the property to businessman Vladimir Galanternik, who owns several other properties in the city.

From the unfinished Villa V. Khmelnytsky is planned to make high-class establishment for competition with existing in Arcadia night clubs.

The Odessa mass media ascribe V. Galanternik control over a significant part of the market “Privoz”, and a group of malls like City Center, a shopping complex in Arcadia and other real estate in the city and also connect it with the Odessa TV channels A1, GTV, and “1st city Odessa.”
